How to create extra columns with feedback data for Delphi

Hello,

I am carrying out a Delphi study with Likert-scaled questionnaire of 6 options. This is the second Delphi phase and i want to give a simple feedback with four additional columns showing Percentage, IQR, Median and a miniature bar chart (data already externally prepared).

How do i input this working with 'Scale (fully labelled)'?

If you want to employ the table layout, my first suggestion would be creating the table manually (Placing Elements Side by Side), and adding the scale inputs at the appropriate positions.

Another option would be to work with a combined question and abusing a text input question for the additional contents (eventually one per column) in which you remove the inputs (see Forms with Different Input Formats).

My personal opinon would be to leave the matrix style layout, and give each item more room (maybe even a separate question for each), including the stats from the first wave.
