How can I import Romanian translations correctly (I get a lot of questionmarks)?

When I try to import my Romanian translation file it works for most of the text. But some of the text has a "tilde" and in SoSci survey it comes out as questionmarks. Example:
Română --> Român?

I understand that you are working with a CSV file that holds the translations and that you import to SoSci Survey?

Most likely, there is a problem with the character encoding. Make sure to save the translations in UTF-8 encoding, and also select that encoding in SoSci Survey when you import the text.
