Why do people cancel my questionnaire?

Hello everyone!
I noticed that around 75 % of the people who answer my questionnaire cancel after completing the second page. I can't tell why.
Does anyone have an idea what I could have done wrong?

The second page is the informed consent - a lot to read, but little effort to continue.

Then you strike the respondents with a page-long scale batterie. Not very motivating :( According to questionnaire methods literature, you shall start the questionnaire with an ice breaker.

Hi,
ich würde vielleicht noch ein bisschen mehr über die Studie berichten. Zum Beispiel wie lange sie dauert, ob man VPN Stunden erhält usw.
Vielleicht würde ich auch mich als Kontaktperson mehr in den Vordergrund holen. Damit Sie wissen das du für die Studie verantwortlich bist.

Wo kommen Ihre Teilnehmer:innen denn her? Wenn diese nicht teilnehmen, sondern nur mal eben den Fragebogen ansehen wollen ...
