Is it possible to create a "random word" function?

Question

I would like to use the brute-think method for one of my creativity-tasks within a survey.
For this method, a random word needs to be presented to the participant, and if s/he likes, also a new one. Thus, I need a function which randomly selects a word from a list, and a button to refresh this word.
Is this in any way possible to program?

For a second word, you will have to create another random generator and use question(..., 'filter') to draw a word that has not been drawn before.
