I designed a questonnaire and on my laptop everything seems fine. If i open the questonnaire on my smartphone it looks like on the picture.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Please make sure that you configurted the "dynamic" display mode in the respective questions. Only that display mode will use a responsive layout that automatically adjusts to small displays.
