PDF can not be displayed on android

Hi there,

have created two PDFs for my survey to be randomly played out to a test subject. Unfortunately the PDF is only displayed to computer or IOS users, it is not displayed on android.

This issue is most likely not related to SoSci Survey:

Android may need additional plugins to display PDFs files.

Question 3

Is there a chance, it will be displayed, if I convert it into a jpng?

Question 4

PNG might be better, unless you use images. And yes, images are displayed by browsers by default - PDFs are not.
