Dear Sir/Madam! How can I get access to the survey interviews? The payment is confirmed, but the page still says 'no licence'.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am contacting you concerning a survey which is accounted on behalf of <removed for privacy reasons> . I had various subscriptions which would allow me to collect, store, and downloaded 3200 interview data (small – 500; long term small – 1250; long term medium 250; medium - 1200).
My payments have been confirmed still I cannot access some of the survey interviews (the webpage says ‘no licence’). Would you be so kind as to advise me about accessing the whole data set?

According to our Shop, you have bought several licences. The last ones as follows:

01.03.2021 – 28.02.2022 • (250/250)
03.05.2021 – 02.06.2021 • (0/1200)

I assume that the "no licence" interviews have not been collected between 03.05. and 02.06., the duration that is covered by the most recent licence. And the licence that would cover a longer duration, has already expired regarding data records. As the duration of the two licences overlaps, I can simply join these two. That shall solve the issue.
