Problem downloading data

Hi,

I created a questionnaire and filled it out more than once just for testing.

When I try to download any of the documents (Dataset, Variables Overview, Response Code Listing) in CSV format, the downloaded archives do not show any of the data collected, just a row with the words "CASE", "SERIAL", etc.

I saved the documents before opening them but it does not work neither.
