Embed language selection in introduction page

Is there a way to embed the language selection in the introduction page, rather than have it appear in the very beginning? Thank you!

There are two options to achieve that:

1) You can put your welcome text above the language selection - please go into the language settings to add text there.

2) You can set a default language, then add some selection question of your choice to the first page, and then use a PHP filter with setLanguage() on the top of the second page.
