Good morning,

for a device that measures physiological parameter during the survey I need to create pages, where there is one single pixel in the left, upper corner of the screen (not the questionnaire frame!). This pixel tells the device to mark that point of time in the stream of physiological data (e.g. that the next period is interesting for analysis). Theoretically, the page may contain questions or other text but may also be completely empty.

Biggest problem so far is, that the questionnaire is usually constricted into a 800 pixel wide frame. Every kind of drawing or picture that I place on the page (e.g. via a html code) appears only in this narrow frame, whereas I would need it to stretch across the full width of the screen. Any ideas how to do that?

Has anybody ever forced soscisurvey to show a picture full screen? That would probably do the trick, as I could simply create pictures with white background and one coloured pixel and let them appear at the page.

Thanks in advance!

You have only access to the (inner) browser window, not to the screen, unless the browser is set to fullscreen (F11).

In the default layout, this HTML code will place a pixel in the upper left corner of th browser window:

<div style="position: absolute; left: 0; top: 1; width: 1px; height: 1px; background-color: red;"></div>

Has anybody ever forced soscisurvey to show a picture full screen?

That's easy, as well: Use the presenter layout on that page.
