Most likely, the email has an link to actually leads to Facebook, not directly to the questionnaire.
Here's an example with a link that leads somewhere, but shows a different localtion: www.soscisurvey.de
Solution: By careful when copying links into emails. Often you copy more than you would like to copy. Insert only the text when pasting.
