How do I upload short videos to my survey?

Question

I want to upload two short videos to my survey.

However, when I go into "Image and Media Files" and then "Upload Media Files", it says that I have to ensure that my email is connected to my university. I have already put this information into "Account Data" though, so I don't understand why I cannot upload these videos?

A box also appears, where it wants me to specify what content I want to upload. I have already answered this question and sent it in, so am I just waiting for a response from you? Or why does it not work to upload short videos?

Sorry, a @gmail.com address is no university mail address.

In compliance with liability regulations, we must check the correctness of your identity provided in the user account. There are two options for this check:

1. Change the email address in your account: Specify an official email address provided by your company, institution, or university. If you enter and confirm a university email address, the feature may be enabled automatically (depending on the university). If the feature is not enabled after email confirmation, please send us a short notice about the update of your account data, so we can enable the feature.

2. If you do not have an official email address, you may send us a photo or a scan of your identity card via https://www.s2survey.net/transfer/. Please include your login name in the email (never send passwords, please!). We will then check your account data and enable the feature.
