How can I get back to my original questionnaire?

Hi,
I wanted to make my questionnaire public so that it could be pre-tested by some colleagues. After I selected a publication period I copy pasted the link in my web browser and almost all my questions were gone and some random questions and texts appeared I never selected. Did something like this happen before, can I get my old questionnaire back or do I have to compose it again?

Could you please post the URL of your questionnaire? When did that change occur? Are we talking about text that you have never written? Do you have an example?

Please also check if you have multiple questionnaires under Compose Questionnaire.
