If I want to add a line to the last page of the survey, while the survey is still being administered, should I end the survey period and make the change and start again? Will this result in data loss? I have a paid service for 90 days that will end at the end of this month.
I am intending to host the survey on prolific and it asks that the participants are redirected to a link in the end.

That will not be necessary. Usually, you can simply change the wording after clicking the key symbol.
