How can I access e-mail contacts from archived surveys?

Hello,

we conducted an online survey with SoSci Survey. Now that we analyzed the data, we want to inform the survey participants about the results. However, due to the fact that the e-mail contacts by the participants are saved separately, we did not save these. Is it possible to access the e-mail contacts even though the survey is archived?

When the survey is archived, all colleced data incl. email addresses is deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.

If the survey ran on www.soscisurvey.de and was deleted within the recent 12 months, it is usually possible to reconstruct an earlier state from backups. However this involves a substantial amount of work and cannot not be done for free.
