Why is there no data at all in my data file when I download the dataset? How can I download my data?

Hello,

    I would like to know the reason why there is no data at all in my data file when I download it?

I have run my pretest and I can see all the data in "View Data Set".
But when I download my dataset, I get a totally blank file (see the attached picture).
How can I download a data file with my data in it?
