Thanks for the quick response. I would like to run the study as early as this week and I am dependent on the emails. This is a multi-wave study and I know participants will forget to return to the study without a reminder. Given that you may fix this soon should I...

  1. Set the timezone of the project to German time
  2. Call mailresume with larger values
  3. Wait until you repair the feature (assuming it will happen in the next few days)

I am happy to go with any of these strategies as long as I know what will work over the course of the next 3 to 4 weeks.

Actually, I'm going to try a fix for the mailing times this night (German time). I just cannot promise.

If you change to time zone back to Germany/Berlin (or to "server default"), using 64800 should work correctly for 18 hours.

Update: As of now (I don't put a time here, it would only cause confusion), a workaround is active on www.soscisurvey.de for all scheduled events.

The workaround should take care that scheduled mailings, no matter if prepared by mailResume(), 'mailSchedule(), sendMail()` or in the project administration should use the correct time zone, and relative times whould also work correctly.
