This limitation is a measure to avoid orphan projects. Only few projects need such a long survey administration period.
When your project actually needs a one-year survey administration period, please send an email to info@soscisurvey.de, including the name of the project (URL) and a short description of what you're doing, and for how long you need the period to be set. Then we can change this in the server administration.
