Double Scales-Matrices

Question

Is it any way to combine two questions into only one, in such a way that you rate the same items, according to different aspects/time periods, etc?

What I cannot find there is how to add the title of the different blocks (e.g. Summer time/ Winter time)

That's simply the "text above the inputs". You find that in the example about the multiple-choice combined questions. The option is set in the individual (scale) questions.
