Questionnaire Not Working Today: Technical Issue or Project-Specific Problem?

Dear SoSci Survey Support Team,
I am a university student currently conducting a research study, and I have organized an ongoing data collection process involving students during their classes.
Yesterday afternoon, we encountered a problem with the questionnaire, and unfortunately, some students are unable to finish their questionnaire today as well (it works for some, but not for all students). Could you please let me know whether the issues today are related to a general technical issue with SoSci Survey or whether there might be something specific to my questionnaire or project settings that is causing the problem?
As data collection is already underway, we would greatly appreciate any help you can provide as soon as possible.
If further information about my questionnaire is needed, please let me know how I can share the relevant details with you privately.

Thank you for your reply. I am using www.soscisurvey.de.

Yesterday, some participants were unable to complete the survey due to an error. Since I cannot attach screenshots, I have transcribed the error messages below.

"Installation incomplete

“The installation is incomplete and therefore unavailable at the moment.”

→ Run Installation"

And the second error was:
“The setup has been completed. To enable the setup, either lock the server for maintenance or edit system/config.php, change the settings as follows:

$GLOBALS['oFb']['allow_setup'] = 'enabled';

After saving the edit, reload the page.”

The page also displayed “Contact Details” and “SoSci Survey GmbH, Impressum.”

Installation incomplete

This message was displayed during a necessary server update.

Usually, we upgrade after 20:00 CEST (European time), but due to the recent IT issues regarding PHP, we had to do one or two updates during the working hours.

The issues should not have persisted for more than a few minutes. After reloading the page, the interviews could be resumed.
