Request to lift mailing restriction for PhD research project (City University Malaysia)

Hello SoSci Survey Support Team,

I am a PhD student in Business Administration at City University Malaysia, currently living in Germany. I am preparing to launch my doctoral survey targeting non-tenured German academic staff (Project: academicstaff).

My official student account username/login is <snip>. However, our university portal uses this ID strictly as a system login and does not provision an active email inbox.

Because of this, my primary administrative contact email in my profile is my verified personal email: <snip>.
Since my contact email is a public domain address, the system has blocked the automated mailing feature.

Could you please lift this restriction for my project so I can distribute my questionnaire to German university graduate centers?

I am fully prepared to provide my official PhD admission letter or student identity card to verify my academic status. Please let me know where I can securely upload it if required.

We must check the correctness of your identity provided in the user account.

If you do not have an official email address, you may send us a photo or a scan of your identity card via https://www.s2survey.net/transfer/. Please include your login name in the form (never send passwords, please!). We will then check your account data and enable the feature. The transmission is encrypted, the files will be deleted after confirmation.
