Created new account on 26-05-2026, when will this be ok to use? (just to double check, first time user)

Dear SoSciSurvey,
This is just a question to double check, this is my first time using SoSciSurvey.

Yesterday I created a new account for [anonymized].
We are registered with email address [anonymized] and we will use this account for our members to vote for 4 new Executive Committee members.
I signed the agreement and according to the professor who guided me yesterday I will receive an email in which the account is approved, is this correct?
Or am I already all good?

You can start using SoSci Survey immediately after the registration, and as far as I see, you already did create a survey project.

Therefore, I assume that your question refers to enabling the mailing feature? It takes usually 6-48 hours for us to check the accounts (and of course I just enabled the feature for your account).
