Some Responses not properly transferred to Excel export file

Dear SoSciSurvey Support Team,

I am currently experiencing an issue with my survey data. It appears that some responses were not properly transferred to the Excel export file. However, I am unsure whether the data was not recorded at all or if it may still be stored on your server but simply not included in the export.

Could you please check if the missing responses might still be available on your end, or advise me on how to recover them?
The project is called "Stimmgesundheit von Fußballtrainer:innen im Leistungsbereich".
The missing responses concerns the question SB06 VTD Schweregrad.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance, as the data is important for my research.

Please take a look into Collected Data -> View Data to decide that, also see Problem Solutions for Data Retrieval.

Ganz oft sind einzelne Felder weiß ("nicht abgefragt oder für MISSING nicht relevant"). Hierzu heißt es: "Ist die Tabellenzelle unter „Daten ansehen“ weiß, wurde die Frage bzw. das Item nicht gestellt (genauer gesagt: Die Seite mit den Antworten wurde nicht durch Klicken auf „Weiter“ abgeschickt)"
 Aber ich hatte vorher festgelegt, dass jede Frage beantwortet werden MUSS. Dementsprechend kann eine Person keine Frage überspringen. Insgesamt haben 101 Personen den Fragebogen vollständig beantwortet. Allerdings fehlen bei vielen dieser 101 Personen Angaben bei genau dieser Frage.

Dies würde bedeuten, dass die Daten gar nicht gespeichert wurden, oder?
Besteht die Möglichkeit, noch an diese Daten zu kommen?
