Could you please transfer a project from my old account to this account?

Dear Support Team,

I created a project on my old pprivate account (nicobaumgt12@gmail.com). The project is called: Bachelorthesis Datenerhebung
I realized that I can not collect the data on my old account so I created the new account with my study mail from my university. Therefore, I wanted to ask if it would be possible to transfer the project to the new account so that I do not have to recreate the entire survey.

You can download your question set (Fragenkatalog) including a questionnaire that it is being used with and import it again in the other account.

• Open the question set you are using in the survey you want to copy in your old account.
• click download (cloud with arrow pointing down)
• a new window opens. you can chose to add a questionnaire at the end ("Fragebogen:"). Chose your questionnaire.
• click download.
• in the new account, click on "New Section" (Neue Rubrik)
• find "Import Question" at the end ("Frage importieren")
• chose the file you downloaded earlier, upload it.

Your questionnaire and the questions should be imported.
