Sorry for not answering the emails in time. According to our information, the payment has not been received (we had checked after both your emails).

Did you make sure NOT to use SWIFT for the transaction?

In my banking app, there is a field labeled “BIC/SWIFT”, where I entered the BIC code you provided in your email instruction. Because of this, I am not entirely sure how I could have avoided using SWIFT in the transaction. Could you please clarify what you meant by not using SWIFT, or advise how we could clarify this?
