I would like to ask about the activation of the media upload feature for my account.
Via the menu Images and Media Files → Upload media files I used the Activation Required form to request access to upload a video file for my survey. I submitted this request some time ago, but so far I have not received any response or confirmation, and the message “The media upload feature is not yet activated for your account” still appears when I open Upload media files.
Intended media: one self-produced MP4 video file to be shown to participants inside the questionnaire (no YouTube or third‑party content)
Could you please check
whether my activation request was received correctly, and
when I can expect the media upload feature to be activated for my account or this project?
If any additional information or confirmation from my university is needed, please let me know what exactly is required so that I can provide it.
