Data restoration

Question

I have have been using the SoSciSurvey platform for dissertation research and I have a question regarding possible restoration of data.

I was part of a project where we used the SoSciSurvey platform for a questionnaire last year (now taken over by my colleague). Unfortunately, it appears this data was never downloaded, and we only realize this now. Is there any way to restore the data? I'm so sorry to ask, it is unfortunately important to my colleague's dissertation research. We have looked at the log file and we think it says that the data was archived in October of this year, would the data then still be able to be restored? My sincerest apologies, this has been a very unfortunate mistake in our end.

Licence period 28.08.2024 to 27.08.2025

It was weekend ... and you would have probably found the information, if you had taken a look into the manual: Help, my data is gone!

Long story short: I'll need the URL, if it's www.soscisurvey.de (most likely, because the project has already been deleted), we have 12 months backup. The costs for data restoration are 60 €.
