I cannot get the database functionality to work using the Special Features function. I will like to dynamically load data

I have loaded a CSV file using this option but i see the following message.
Options from Database
The current program version does not support to dynamically load options from the database.

Comments

Could you please specify (a) in which menu option this message is displayed, (b) if applicable for which question type, and (c) if the CSV import had worked right? If you are not working on www.soscisurvey.de, this would be (d) an important information as well.
