Order of numbers incorrect

Hi, good evening,
I have chosen the option to manually number the questions. However, for some reason the numbering is not correct anymore in the questionaires view. When trying to change them manually, the systems switches the numbering of another question as well. I case you see my questionnaire: The order of questions is correct like it is now, but not the numbering.
Kindly advise.
