Request for Access to Collected Data or Reactivation of Study Link

Dear SoSci Survey Support Team,

Data for my study were collected by a student assistant, and the participant costs were paid via Prolific, so I can verify that the data belong to me. Unfortunately, the student is no longer responding to my messages.

Could you please provide me with the collected data or, alternatively, reactivate the study link once I send it to you, so that I can continue data collection using the existing programmed study?

I am unsure, if "belong" is a proper word for data.

If you need access to a survey projekts where you technically do not have access, we will need a written and signed statement with all the details (which project, who is the technical owner, which user account shall get access) on the universities letter paper and including contact information.

Please note, that all accounts must use official university email addresses.

Thanks for that! And can I also get access to the survey itself, that is, re-use it to collect more data?  That would be even more important
