Please activate the field phase for my academic project

Hello,

I am a student at the University of Stuttgart and I am using SoSci Survey for my academic research project.
My project meets the requirements for free academic use, but it is still in pretest mode and not yet available to participants.

Even though participants can complete the entire questionnaire and reach the last page (“Thank you for completing this questionnaire”), the survey still does not appear as completed in the statistics. Therefore, I cannot see the results in the “Collected Data” section.

Could you please activate the field phase for my project?

Most likely, you did not send the respondents the correct URL, see URL to the Questionnaire. Please make sure NOT to send them a pretest URL.
