Data not realistic

Dear SoSciSurvey support team,
we are using SoSciSurvey to collect data for our experiments, including the online screening form we have. From the beginning, it felt like the numbers didn't add up. We recently had an instagram add for our study and the daata from instagram shows that the amount of clicks to the screening link was higher then the corresponding number we have on SoSciSurvey. They indicate the same thing but the numbers really din't add up.
Maybe we are interpreting the numbers wrong. Could you please help us on this issu?

Your question is unspecific on the numbers.

Assuming that you compare "ad clicks" to the number of cases in the dataset, please be aware that SoSci Survey by default removes records where respondents only visited the first page, but did never click "next".

You can configure this behavior in the project settings, in the privacy tab.
