Dear all,
I hope you are doing well.

I am currently analysing my survey data exported from SoSci Survey for my master’s thesis. In my study, I had three experimental groups (different branding conditions). However, after importing the data into R, I realised that the column indicating group assignment only contains "base" as a value for all respondents.

I believe this means that the group variable was either not recorded in the dataset or was not included in the export. Could you please advise me:

How can I export the data with the group assignment included?

Is there a specific setting in SoSci Survey that I need to activate to save and export group allocation?

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Best regards,

How did you implement the experiment?

I made a survey and used function random drawing - the question showed 3 versions of the question( group 1- video 1, group 2- video 2, group 3- video 1 with added information about the video).
When I look in the data in the field "questionnaire" it says "base" without giving information about the test group
