Making the survey public

I am currently conducting a survey on your platform and I would like to make it publicly accessible so that participants can complete it without needing a password. However, I am encountering an issue: when I share the survey link, participants receive an "Access Denied" message stating that a password is required.

I have reviewed the settings but unfortunately haven’t been able to find a solution. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would greatly appreciate it if you could explain what steps I need to take in order to make the survey publicly accessible without requiring a password.

Please go to Compose Questionnaire and select the Access tab.

Here, select the "public" option and save the changes.

Also make sure that there is only one questionnaire under Compose Questionnaire -> Manage Questionnaires, or that the right one is selected as default if you have multiple questionnaires in your project.
