Because it is required to have an account to post a request for support, I am posting the following on behalf of a colleague:

I am trying to open a Soscisurvey account, but I am encountering the following problem.
After registering my email address, I receive a confirmation email with a link. Once clicking that link I have to enter my personal details. After filling that out, I get to a screen to set a password. When clicking on “Create Account” I am sent back to the page to fill out my personal details and I get the following message:
“The registration is individual-related. Using this service is permitted only if you specify your real and full name. Work groups shall identify a responsible contact person.
Accounts will be disabled if registered anonymously or with an incomplete name, irrespective of running surveys.“
This problem persists using a different browser, a different laptop and a different email address. How could I solve this issue?

The registration is individual-related. Using this service is permitted only if you specify your real and full name.

Our registration forms seems to think that the name is invalid. It uses the super-complex AI proven rule that a name should be longer than 2 characters, because some people just put in an abbreviation like "A."

We are aware that there are names that are shorter, but our rate of false rejections is very low. Your colleague should please - as a termporary workaround - enter the name twice and send us a short email to info@soscisurvey.de from the email adress used for registration.
