How can I give the user the option to download the entire questionnaire at the end?

I am looking for a way to provide users with an option to download a complete version of the questionnaire after they have finished answering all the questions. This means that once the user completes the questionnaire, they should be able to download the full set of questions and their answers. Ideally in a file format such as PDF or Excel. What you can easily provide is a page with their answers that they can print: answersPrint(). Of course, they can "print to PDF" in their browsers.

Creating a PDF server-side ist possible on the pro server, using the reporting module, but it's a lot of work to create a PDF that covers the whole questionnaire. I would not recommend that option unless we're talking about a survey that's operating on CEO level.
