License - Remaining Respondents

I was wondering if there is a way for the remaining respondents from one license to be transferred to the next license?

We sell periods of survey administration time and offer them with different case limits. That allows for an (even) better price for small surveys.

Should you have bought a "larger" licence then actually required, just send us an short email with the licence or customer ID, and we will transfer 60% of the cases that your survey(s) were below the licence limit to the subseqent licence.
