I need to change one single word which is repeated in every question in my study. I need to find a way to access all the text of all the questions so I can easily replace the word instead of going to every question and replacing it one by one. I tried the "internal code" tab in the compose questionnaire part but it does not display the content of every question (just the question IDs). Is there anyway I can access the entire text used in the study so I can replace the word everywhere with a simple command?

Download your survey as XML. Put the XML file in an editor like notepad++. Then search and replace your word and import the xml file again. I have done it this way a couple of times. Works quite nicely.

Should you use the questionnaire in different surveys, you may consider using a placeholder (replace the word in the XML export by a placeholder as explained in the other answer).

The palceholder would allow you to replace the word with a single line of PHP code in subsequent surveys.
