Survey administration period accidentally not prolonged in multi-wave study

Dear SosciSurvey Team,

due to holidays we have missed to prolong the survey administration period, so our study was offline for 10 days. Now we have extended it and study is online again.

Will participants still be sent the follow-up invitations? If not, what can we do do re-initiate this?

The mailing feature is unrelated to the survey administration period.

You can check the scheduled emails when you open your mailing, and click the envelope symbol that would usually allow you to send the mailing.

Thank you so much for the swift response. It looks like all is going well.

Just for clarity: during the 10 days the survey was offline, the mailings were still sent but the participants were not able to access the questionnaire. Now that it is online again, they can access it again and everything works as before?

Yes, this is correct. It would, however, be quite complicated to re-contact those who received an email in the meantime.
