How can I ensure the quality of videos

Hello,

I am trying to display several videos into my questionnaire. It all works perfectly fine and I am able to get the right videos displayed at the right times. However the quality of the videos sucks. Most of the time the whole video is greenish and just of lower quality than the original. I do not think it has something to do with my internet connection. Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this?

There's probably a problem with the Codec your video uses (browsers are quite sensible for violations of standards) or the program, you are doing the encoding with.
