Urgent: License for offline data collection

Dear Sir, dear Madam,

One of my team members, [blinded], wrote an email to you on Friday, for us to obtain a license to install SoSci on our own university server (to comply with the GDPR). We have already designed the survey as a test survey on our accounts, and we would like to take it to our server and then start data collection as soon as possible. We will use this survey, and a short follow-up survey that is on my account, to collect data in person from 50 respondents. We hope we can get the license as soon as possible so that the student assistants can start collecting the data. ¿Could you please tell us what we need to do to obtain the license? Since we are a not-for-profit organization but a university (Autonomous University of Barcelona), what would the costs be? I hope you can answer as soon as possible, thank you so much for your help,

We will make sure that the licence is on your team member's virtual desk tomorrow morning.

Usually, getting the IT of a university straight, preparing the server to be GDPR compliant, preparing the backups, etc. takes some time, so it's a rare occasion that a universtiy licence require is urgent.
