Multiple dropdown selections in one cloze-text like question

I was wondering if there is a way to use multiple dropdown selections in one question, like a close ended version a cloze text question type. If not, is there a way to have text follow a dropdown selection in the question? For example, I want my participants to choose different words from a dropdown menu to fill in the blanks in sentences, like so:

I like to wear _____ (sneakers/boots/slippers), no matter where I am. When I go out, I drink (juice/beer/wine), and I usually eat (meat/vegetables/candy).

What is the best way to design and compose this type of questions?
