DPA form English

Question

Dear SoSciSurvey Team, I want to collect email addresses for reimbursement (separately, not in the survey), however, my institution needs to validate the online DPA. Is there an English version of the contract, as I was only able to see it in German.

The english translation, except the part that is specific for (a) the study, (b) the data categories, and (c) the technical documentation regarding backups, is available here: https://www.soscisurvey.de/documents/SoSci-Survey-AVV-2022-08-26-EN.zip

Note that is the DPA for s2survey.net - so, if you want to use the free service on www.soscisurvey.de note that you can sign the German version only, at the moment. But that's on our list ... depending on the urgency and necessity (?), we could make the english version available within 3 weeks.

Thank you very much for this quick reply, this is very helpful. As we are indeed working on the free server, and our legal department does not sign German documents, it would be extremely helpful to get an English version as soon as possible! Thank you very much in advance.
