Does cloud service include software licence?

I was wondering whether the cloud service licence does include the software licence or both services must be purchased separately in order to run a survey and host the data in your server.

If you want do do an online survey, you'll have to make a decision: Do you want to use the cloud service, or do you want to set up your own server?

• If you're not an institution, then you'll probably want the cloud service. This means, you need a cloud licence, and that is it. The cloud licence is for the service, and you won't have to bother about infrastructure or software licences.
• If you opt for your own server (there are some advantages in both options), you will (only) need the software licence.
