When it comes to downloading the data, is it possible to break the data by certain questions? For example, suppose my questionnaire consisted of two questions:

Gender:
Male
Female

Favourite hair product:
A
B
C

Can I add a cross-break when I download the data to see, the percentage of men who answered A compared to women?

Thanks in advance.

Usually, that's something that you do in the statistics software. In SPSS you would use the Split File feature (and then a freuqency stat), for example to get all the percentage very quickly.

In the inconveient case that you're doing you analyses with a spreadsheet software like Excel, just sort the data by the break-variable(s), and then simple add a blank link in between the groups.

In case you're working on our pro server survey.net, there's a data analysis feature (German manual) that allows for such group comparison, as you asked for.
