Noreply email states survey admin period for a questionnaire is ending in 24 hours

Dear Sir or Madam,

First of all: thank you for an excellent platform!
I just received an e-mail from noreply@soscisurvey.de that "The survey administration period for your questionnaire "Norway_election" (Norway_election) on server https://www.soscisurvey.de will end in 24 hours. Afterwards the questionnaire is no longer accessible for participants.". The e-mail states that the last day of the survey is set to 20.10.2021... I extended this period quite a bit some weeks ago, and the admin panel in SoSci Survey states that the last day of the survey is 23.11.2021.

Is the e-mail I received from you a mistake, or is the project date in the project settings wrong? Would hate to see the whole survey go offline in the middle of our data collection.

I just checked the project "Norway_election" on the server, and the period is set to include 23.11.2021. So that seems fine.

I, however, wonder where the email came from. It must have been sent on 19.10. to refer to the end on 20.10. Could it be that the mail was stuck for a week?

Thanks for checking up on this. Yes, you're right, the e-mail was indeed sent the 19th of October but must have been stuck until it came through to scare me today. Good to know!
