Preventing multiple submissions from same respondent

We have a survey where the first page is a screening questionnaire, and those who do not meet the criteria are taken to an exit page. We want to stop these people from being able to complete the survey again, to prevent them from changing their answers to the screening questions in order to get into the study. If participants are accessing the survey via SONA (with an associated SONA ID number), is there a way to prevent people from completing the survey multiple times without having to use authorization codes or individual access links?

Strictly speaking: No. They could simply use a different device to circumvent any technicals obstacles that you can imagine. Unless you use a second factor like asking for their credit card number etc.
