Cannot erase full dataset

Hello,

When I want to delete the pre-test data or the mail list I get this message: "Error: The project manager has not enabled you to manage the project and therefore delete data.", even if I am the project administrator.

However, I can delete individual data on a case-by-case basis (very long).

You are probably working in a shared survey project?

In that case, it may be that some other team member has removed the download authorization for your account in the project settings. Please check who has which authorizations there.

Thank you. Yes I'm working in a shared project.

However, it seems I have every right: Login and view questions/questionnaires, Edit question, Edit questionnaire, Edit text elements, Upload images, Upload media files, Retrieve data, Edit email list, Edit serial numbers, Send invitation emails, Project administration (project settings, project/logfile export), Edit project authorization.

Are there any other possibilities?

According to the database the "general administration/management" auth (the first one) is not set?

No. This auth is set for "Server Admins==>General administration (delete and archive projects)" and I can't change it...

It's probably not worthwhile finding out the cause. I have added the missing auth in the database, so deletion shall work now. Please make sure to download and backup (twice) the dataset before deletion. Thanks :)
