Difference between TIME_RSI and DEG_TIME in View Data Set

If both present the same result but with a different scale of values, then I would like to know what is the purpose and difference between the two columns.

I'm afraid, the English manual is not up-to-date, regarding these variables. Sorry for that.

DEG_TIME is the first trial to create a data quality indicator. It has its uses, but is not optimal in several situations. TIME_RSI ("relative speed index") is the refined version, as documented in this working paper: Too Fast, too Straight, too Weird
