The person I want to authorize is not known on the server

I am trying to authorise a colleague to work on the survey as well. Her account on Soscisurvey is active and functional. However, when I want to authorise someone in my project and I enter her email address, the system gives me an error message stating that this email address is not known on the server.
How can I address and solve this problem?

Most likely, the person does not have an account on exactly the server that your project is located on.

Please note that, for example, accounts registered on www.soscisurvey.de are unknown to a university server like survey.ifkw.lmu.de, for example.

If the other person is sure to have an account on the server that hosts your survey projects, please ask them to check the email address in My Account.
